アウルズでは年間を通じてインターンシップを行なっています。
H30年夏期インターンシップ第一期は8/20(月)～８月31日（金）まで10日間行なわれました。
今回は北九州市立大学、九州国際大学、西南女学院大学、アメリカ創価大学から7名のインターン生を受入れ、オリエンテーションを始め、各部門での実務研修を行ないました。
また、8月20日（月）から24日（金）の週は、教員研修やイングリッシュ・サマー・キャンプなどのイベントに運営スタッフとして参加するなど実地研修も合わせて行ないました。
8月27日（月）から31日（金）の週は各部門での研修に加え、Kid's Landを見学するなど、充実したインターンシップでした。
最終日、インターン生は弊社代表木下との昼食会の後、終了証書授与式に参加。それぞれ、有意義なインターンシップだったとの事で、私たちも彼女、彼たちの未来に向けて少なからず貢献できたことをうれしく思います。
OWLS offers internship opportunities throughout the year.
We have just completed the 1st period of 2018 Summer Internship which ran for 10 business days from Monday, August 20th to Friday, August 31st.
We received seven interns from The University of Kitakyushu, Kyushu International University, Sinan Jogakuin University and Soka University of America. We provided them with the company orientation and each department gave them day to day job trainings.
The first week from Monday, August 20th through Friday, August 24th, these interns participated in a teachers’ training seminar and a students’ English summer camp as active team members.
The second week from Monday, August 27th through Friday, August 31st, these interns went through more departmental trainings and participated in Kid's Land activities.
On the last day of the internship, they met with President Ms. Kinoshita over launch and shared their experiences and Ms. Kinoshita gave them the words of encouragement. In the completion ceremony, every intern expressed the gratitude for the opportunities and they were very thankful for what they had learned. We hope that we were able to provide them with experiences which can make differences to their future.
