| Objectives for Using Personal Information |
Personal information from the customer is used to provide information and guidance concerning products and services that OWLS deems may be beneficial to the customer. OWLS registration staff may utilize the information within the scope of their duties. OWLS staff or the customer may suspend or resume this utilization through procedures that have been determined separately. |
| Acquiring Personal Information |
When OWLS receives personal information from either the customer or staff, OWLS will specify the purpose of its use, then ask for the customer’s consent. We will never allow access to personal information without the customer’s consent. |
| Protecting Personal Information |
1. OWLS’ internal security administration involves sound security measures that guard against the unauthorized access, loss, falsification or disclosure of personal information.
2. When personal information must be entrusted to external groups / parties, OWLS will select vendors that handle personal information with appropriate care. A written agreement will be created to impose confidentiality of classified information. Also, OWLS will only provide vendors the information deemed necessary to fulfill the agreement. Utilization of personal information outside of the outsourcing objectives will be strictly prohibited. |

OWLS strives as much as possible to retain accurate, up-to-date personal information. |
| Personal Information Inquiries |
If you want to delete, correct, or inquire about your information, or you want to stop receiving information about our products or services, we respond ethically. For these types of requests, please contact at OWLS. However, because the disclosure of personal information to third parties is prohibited, OWLS staff will be required to confirm your identity by checking valid ID, such as a license, passport, etc. |
| Providing and Disclosing Personal Information |
With the exception of the following cases, personal information provided by the customer will not be given to, or disclosed to third parties.
1. When consent for said disclosure is received from the customer.
2. When work in the form of direct mail campaigns regarding products and services is outsourced to subcontractors to handle personal information in an appropriate manner through formal agreement or similar legal instrument.
3. In the case of credit card payment, when presenting information to financial institutions necessary for settling accounts and related matters.
4. When complying with legal orders to disclose information. |
